Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen als Leitung die Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft aller genannten Angebote und stellen die wirtschaftliche Betriebsführung sicher
- Sie verantworten insbesondere die fachliche Qualität und die Führung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Gremien und relevanten Ansprechpersonen in der Region
- Sie entwickeln als Teil des Führungsteams des Unternehmens in Kooperation mit der Geschäftsführung die Angebote vor Ort kontinuierlich weiter
- Sie gestalten Ihren Arbeitsbereich selbstverantwortlich im Einklang mit den gesetzlichen, konzeptionellen und betriebsinternen Vorgaben. Die Stelle ist der Geschäftsführung direkt unterstellt und koordiniert sich unmittelbar mit der fachlichen Leitung innerhalb unseres Unternehmens

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein sozialpädagogisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und bringen idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsfeld der Sozialpsychiatrie mit
- Sie sind mit der Sozialwirtschaft und den relevanten Rahmenbedingungen, Verordnungen sowie Gesetzestexten aus Ihrer bisherigen Erfahrung vertraut
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz aus

About Regenbogen Wohnen gGmbH
Im Jahr 1986 gründen engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen des Bezirkskrankenhauses Haar (heute Isar-Amper-Klinikum) den Verein Regenbogen e.V. mit dem zentralen Anliegen, Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung nicht nur ein adäquates Sport- und Freizeitangebot zu bieten, sondern moderne Konzepte zum Thema Wohnen und Arbeiten zu entwickeln. Seitdem haben wir diese bedarfsgerecht weiterentwickelt und neben zahlreichen Arbeitsstellen für Menschen mit psychischer Behinderung (Regenbogen Arbeit) gibt es heute auch rund 40 Wohnangebote für Klienten von 16 Jahren bis ins hohe Alter (Regenbogen Wohnen). Wir sind heute eine gemeinnützige GmbH. Der Hauptgesellschafter ist die Stiftung Regenbogen Arbeit Wohnen Kultur. Die Organisation betreibt Einrichtungen der Eingliederungshilfe und der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe in Oberbayern. Die Geschäftsstelle befindet sich im Münchner Osten. Wir sind Mitglied im Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband.
