Payroll Specialist für Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil des HR-Operation-Teams und bildest die Schnittstelle zu unserem Finance-Team
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für alle Firmen der Gruppe mittels unseres Abrechnungssystems unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Gesetze und Vorschriften
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten und Bewegungsdaten, wie Mandanten- und Personaldaten sowie Lohnarten, und prüfst und bearbeitest selbständig das Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen
- Du erstellst monatliche und Ad-hoc Auswertungen, Statistiken und Bescheinigungen für interne und externe Stakeholder (z. B. Berufsgenossenschaften, Sozialversicherungsträger, Finanzämter, das Controlling etc.)
- Du betreust die betriebliche Altersversorgung sowie weitere Benefits unseres Unternehmens (u.a. Jobrad, Versicherungen, MOBIKO) und unterstützt mit Deinem Know-how bei Prüfungen durch Wirtschafts-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfer
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, projektbegleitende Tätigkeiten zum Thema Payroll und Digitalisierung zu begleiten und HR-Prozesse mitzugestalten und zu optimieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und vertiefst diese stetig
- Du bist souverän im Umgang mit DATEV und gängigen Abrechnungssystemen
- Du zeichnest dich durch analytischen Fähigkeiten und eine eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus
- Zudem bringst du Teamgeist, eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Flexibilität mit
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
