Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst / Einkauf Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Fachbereichen und Lieferant:innen
- Du erstellst mit den Hersteller-Tools die passenden Konfigurationen für die Anforderungen und generierst daraus eine maßgeschneiderte Kalkulation sowie ein Angebot für unsere Kund:innen
- Du verfolgst Deine Angebote nach und übernimmst die ganzheitliche Abwicklung der Aufträge mit dem entsprechenden Projekt-Reporting
- Du hast die Vertragsverwaltung für Subscriptions sowie die Überwachung von Fristen ständig im Blick und führst den monatlichen Rechnungslauf durch
- Du verfolgst das Ziel, die Optimierung und die Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
- Du übernimmst souverän administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben des Daily Business

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
- Du besitzt technische Affinität, vor allem im Server- und Netzwerkbereich, sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst Verhandlungskompetenz mit und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und eine Hands-On-Mentalität aus
- Du hast Spaß an Teamwork sowie am selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten und legst Wert auf eine ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
