Architekt für Photovoltaik-Projekte und Umweltplanung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Bauleitplan- und Genehmigungsverfahren nach dem Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) für die Realisierung von Photovoltaikanlagen durch
- Du koordinierst die Anforderungen im Rahmen der Genehmigungsplanung, erstellst die Unterlagen und stimmst die Projekte mit den zuständigen Genehmigungs- und Fachbehörden ab, inklusive fortlaufendem Controlling
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bauleitplanungen, inklusive der Erstellung von projektbezogenen Unterlagen zur Aufstellung, Fortschreibung, Änderung von Flächennutzungsplänen, der Aufstellung von Bebauungsplänen in Kooperation mit den Kommunen, dem Erstellen von städtebaulichen Begründungen und Umweltberichten sowie Planzeichnungen zu Bebauungsplänen
- Du beauftragst und bewertest externe Gutachten, insbesondere Umweltfachgutachten zu Natur und Landschaft, Arten und Biotopen
- Du führst GIS-bezogene Standortbewertungen zur Steuerung der Tätigkeiten und Handlungsfelder der Projektentwicklung durch, verarbeitest Geo-Daten und pflegst die GIS-bezogene Datenbank

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Architektur oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit entsprechender Schwerpunktsetzung
- Du zeigst Durchsetzungsvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du bist teamfähig, kreativ und flexibel
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, verbindlich und strukturiert
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen; CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil (AutoCAD, ArcGIS oder vergleichbar)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
