Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für digitale Projekte und unterstützt führende Versicherungsunternehmen bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen zu ihren digitalen und fachlichen Herausforderungen
- Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich und bist verantwortlich für die Prozessanalyse und -optimierung, beispielsweise durch Automatisierung bzw. Digitalisierung von Antragsstrecken
- Du übersetzt analoge Prozesse in digitale Lösungen, konzipierst und entwickelst kundenorientierte und marktgerechte Customer Journeys oder entwirfst Fachfunktionalitäten
- Du definierst, analysierst und dokumentierst funktionale und nicht funktionale Anforderungen in Kundenprojekten, erarbeitest Fach- und IT-Konzepte oder User Stories, bist erfahren in Tools für Anforderungsmanagement und entwickelst Lösungen, die unseren Kunden einen Mehrwert bieten
- Du steuerst die Kommunikation mit den relevanten Stakeholdern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik/ Betriebswirtschaft oder bringst vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen mit
- Du bringst Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Anforderungsmanagement bspw. in den Rollen Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, Testmanager:in, Testanalyst:in oder Business Analyst:in mit
- Du hast versicherungsfachliches Know-how, interessierst Dich für die Digitalisierung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld und weist bereits erste Erfahrungen in Designtechniken und Methoden der Business Analyse auf
- Du kannst Prozesse und Datenmodelle in BPMN und UML erstellen
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für Software und Programmiersprachen und kannst Fachanforderungen in IT-Anforderungen „übersetzen“
- Wünschenswert sind Zertifizierungen in der Business Analyse wie z. B. CBAP, CSPO/ PSPO, IQBBA, ITIL, IREB, BABOK
- Du bist erfahren in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Stilen (agil, klassisch, hybrid), agilen Steuerungsmethoden (wie Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban) und Tools (z. B. Confluence, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Du agierst analytisch und systematisch, fokussierst Deine Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und behältst dabei den Blick für das Wesentliche.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und Themen und bist dabei Teamplayer:in

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
