Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Durchführung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie der Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen auf Gruppen-Ebene mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen sowohl in der Umsetzung als auch bei der Auswertung
- Du wirkst zusammen mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen an interessanten nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit
- Du führst unternehmensspezifische Auswertungen und bedarfsgesteuerte (Ad-hoc-) Analysen durch, die als Entscheidungsvorlagen des Managements verwendet werden und erstellst Präsentationen für Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat und Anteilseigner
- Du unterstützt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Rechnungswesen und Investor Relations bei der Aufbereitung und Kommentierung von Kennzahlen für die Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie bei der Erstellung des Lageberichtes und externen Unternehmenspräsentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling, erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling & Accounting eines Unternehmens und/oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Praktika, gesammelt
- Du bist kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig, hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation und gehst Aufgaben proaktiv, selbstständig und zielorientiert an
- Du bist stets offen für neue Herausforderungen und in der Lage, dein neu erworbenes Wissen in der Praxis anzuwenden. In einem dynamischen Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien bewegst du dich sicher und gewinnst schnell die Akzeptanz der relevanten Ansprechpersonen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
