Als Werkstudent Kundendialog (m/w/d)bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Teams, das sich auf Kredit- und Debitkarten spezialisiert hat. Mit deinem Engagement und Know-how trägst du dazu bei, unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Deine Arbeit wird direkten Einfluss auf die Verbesserung und Effizienz unserer Zahlungsverkehrsprozesse haben.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest nach deiner Einarbeitung selbstständig schriftliche Kundenanliegen (B2C, B2B) in deutscher Sprache rund um alle Themen in Zusammenhang mit Kredit- und Debitkarten
- Du stellst alle erforderlichen Unterlagen zur Bearbeitung der Kundenanliegen aus den entsprechenden Datenbanken und IT-Anwendungen zusammen
- Du behältst den Überblick über alle Anfragen und arbeitest mit verschiedenen internen Fachbereichen zur Beantwortung der Anliegen zusammen, wodurch du viele Facetten eines professionellen Payment-Dienstleisters kennenlernen kannst
- Du achtest bei der Beantwortung der Anfragen auf die Einhaltung von Timings und ggf. Rückmeldefristen von anfragenden Sparkassen und Jurist:innen
- Du unterstützt gelegentlich deine Kolleg:innen bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zu den Kundenanliegen (in der Regel digitale Veranstaltungen, keine Reisetätigkeit) und hältst telefonischen Kontakt zu den von unserem Unternehmen betreuten Sparkassen, um sie dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Kund:innen zufriedenzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang an einer Universität oder Hochschule immatrikuliert
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du überzeugst durch einen klaren, strukturierten Schreibstil, hohe Textkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bringst auch komplexe Themen gerne zielgruppengerecht auf den Punkt
- Die deutsche Sprache beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift und verfügst über eine gute Lesekompetenz im Englischen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
