Werkstudent in der Verpackungstechnik mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von globalen Verpackungsinitiativen und -strategien, sowie bei Projekten zur nachhaltigen Verpackung
- Du arbeitest an einem spezifischen Projekt mit, z. B. bei der Definition und Festlegung von Verpackungsstandards, und beschäftigst dich mit nachhaltigen Verpackungen, wie der Verwendung von recyceltem Kunststoff, der Bewertung der Recyclingfähigkeit und alternativen Verpackungsmaterialien
- Du wirkst bei der Marktbeobachtung mit, analysierst Markttrends und überträgst diese auf unser Verpackungsportfolio
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Verpackungsstandards im bestehenden System
- Du hilfst bei der Auswertung von Verpackungsdaten zur Festlegung von Standards und bei der Erstellung von Managementberichten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise 2 ganze Tage pro Woche Zeit und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert (Bachelor, Master) im Bereich der Material- oder Verpackungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Du hast Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten von Verpackungen, z. B. Wiederverwertbarkeit
- Du bringst praktische oder internationale Erfahrungen mit, z. B. durch frühere Praktika oder Auslandssemester
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast sichere Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten und bist ein eigenmotivierter, kreativer und aufgeschlossener Teamplayer:in mit einem hohen Maß an Selbständigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
