Wir suchen eine innovative und technikaffine Unterstützung im Projektmanagment, um unser Team zu bereichern und die Digitalisierung sowie Verbesserung der Abrechnungs- und Dokumentationsprozesse in unserer Klinik voranzutreiben. In dieser entscheidenden Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Klinikleitung zusammen und spielen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Modernisierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen im Projektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung und Dokumentation dynamische und herausfordernde Aufgaben aus
- Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Modernisierung und Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe in unserer Klinik bei
- Sie begleiten die Einführung und Verwaltung digitaler Abrechnungs- und Dokumentationsprozesse
- Sie schulen das Team in der Nutzung neuer Technologien und analysieren Daten zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Klinikleitung zusammen und entwickeln innovative Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Services
- Sie machen unsere Klinik fit für die Zukunft und positionieren sie als Vorreiter in Sachen digitaler Gesundheitsversorgung

- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der Digitalisierung oder Prozessoptimierung
- Sie verfügen über ein grundlegendes Verständnis für digitale Systeme, Software und Technologien
- Sie besetzen analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten zu analysieren, Trends zu erkennen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern / Ärzt:innen zu kommunizieren
- Sie haben Organisationstalent, um komplexe Projekte zu planen, zu koordinieren und zu überwachen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
