Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest die Zukunft des Bereichs Testing bei unserem Unternehmen mit – bei uns kannst du etwas bewegen, deine Expertise einbringen und deine Potenziale entfalten
- Du analysierst Software-Anforderungen und -Spezifikationen und entwickelst eigenständig Testfälle und -prozeduren, inklusive der erforderlichen Definition und Beschreibung der Test-Umgebung und -Setups
- Du kümmerst dich um die Entwicklung von Testtools und definierst ein Testautomatisierungskonzept
- Du führst Verifikationstätigkeiten wie Testanalysen und Reviews von Arbeitsergebnissen durch und hast die Möglichkeit, interne und externe Testkampagnen zu planen und durchzuführen
- Du achtest stets auf die norm- und qualitätsgerechte Dokumentation der Testergebnisse, erstellst Problem Reports und stehst für interne und externe Stakeholder als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Verfügung
- Du arbeitest mit uns am weiteren Ausbau des Fachbereichs Requirements Engineering, Testing and Verification und wirkst aktiv mit bei der stetigen Verbesserung der Prozesse zur Einhaltung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes, technisches Studium mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Test Engineer (m/w/d) in der (Software-)Entwicklung im Avionik- oder Automotive-Umfeld
- Du bist vertraut mit RM-Tools wie z.B. Jama (aktuell in Verwendung) oder DOORS und interessierst dich für die Softwareentwicklung nach DO-178 oder kennst dich mit Automotive Standards aus
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse mit Testmanagement-Tools und Simulationstools von Schnittstellen (z.B. ARINC 429, NMEA, CAN, etc.) sowie über das Beherrschen einer Skriptsprache
- Du hast Zertifizierungen im Bereich Testing, wie zum Beispiel ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine (pro-)aktive, verantwortungsbewusste Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus und hast Spaß an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten
- Du denkst technisch-analytisch und ganzheitlich, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeitsergebnisse und bist business fluent in English

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
