Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Projekte bei der Planung und Koordination bahntechnischer Aufträge
- Du erstellst technische Zeichnungen mittels AutoCAD
- Du stellst sicher, dass Aufträge sach-, fach- und termingerecht durchgeführt werden
- Du erstellst Unterlagen für die Einsätze, wie Pläne und Bautagebücher
- Du wickelst Projekte im Team ab und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen allen Beteiligten
- Du führst technische Klärungen beim Kunden und mit Prüfinstanzen durch, disponierst Ressourcen und überwachst Fremdfirmen sowie führst Schulungen und Einweisungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt, idealerweise im bahntechnischen Umfeld, oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit Berufserfahrung z.B. im Gleisbau, Kanalbau oder Tiefbau
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in AutoCAD sind ideal, können aber auch berufsbegleitend erworben werden
- Du hast Projektmanagementerfahrung und dein Arbeitsstil ist geprägt von einer ausgeprägten Qualitätsorientierung
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit sehr guten MS Office Kenntnissen, insbesondere in MS Excel, und behältst stets alle Aufgaben im Blick
- Du zeichnest dich durch Spontanität und hohe Selbstmotivation, Konfliktfähigkeit und Konsensbereitschaft aus
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
