Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen innovative Haustechnikkonzepte für unterschiedliche gewerbliche Gebäudetypen in Neubauten und Sanierungen
- Sie führen eigenständig die Technische Due Diligence bei An- und Verkaufsprüfungen von Bestandsobjekten oder Projektentwicklungen in gewerblichen Portfolien durch
- Sie bewerten den Zustand sowie die Qualität der TGA-Bestandsanlagen und führen Qualitätskontrollen während der Realisierung sowie Abnahmen bei Neuanlagen durch
- Sie beraten fachlich und sind kompetente Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder
- Sie planen und konstruieren eigenständig die Sanitär-/Heizung-/Kälte-/Raumlufttechnik entsprechend der Leistungsphasen der HOAI

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder Diplom) in der Fachrichtung Versorgungs- oder Gebäudetechnik, Energie-Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen und in der Projektarbeit
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse der Branchensoftware (CAE-Anwendung, Berechnungsprogramme)
- Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit allen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe unternehmerische Kompetenz mit der Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärem, strukturiertem Denken, Handeln und Kommunizieren aus
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zielorientiert und verfügen über Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch auf C1- oder C2-Niveau
- Reisebereitschaft - Sie werden 65 - 70 % Ihrer Arbeitszeit am Standort in Ulm verbringen, die restliche Zeit benötigen wir Ihre Reisebereitschaft für unsere Standorte in Dresden und Freiburg im Breisgau

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
