Wir sind ein modernes, dynamisch wachsendes Team und suchen einen Software Support Engineer zur Unterstützung unseres Teams für Betrieb und Support. Neben dem Support unserer Qlik Systeme suchen wir nach Unterstützung im Bereich der System-Administration und Ressourcenverwaltung. Alle Tätigkeiten werden zunächst gemeinsam und später in Absprache mit unserer langjährig erfahrenen Technical Supporterin durchgeführt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen unserer Business-Kund:innen im 1st und 2nd Level für Qlik Sense, QlikView, NPrinting, Write und SAP Connector, inklusive Bearbeitung & Dispatching von Support-Tickets über vtiger, Telefon und E-Mail
- Du betreust langfristig einen Service-Desk als Single Point of Contact (Kategorisierung, Priorisierung, Dispatching) und dokumentierst erarbeitete, allgemeingültige Lösungen für den kontinuierlichen Aufbau des Wikis/FAQs
- Du unterstützt bei der administrativen Verwaltung von Servern bei verschiedenen Hosting-Anbietern wie Hetzner, AWS und unseren firmeneigenen Services, inklusive Aufgaben in Bereichen wie Firewall, Netzwerkfreigaben, Zertifikate, Active Directory und Datenbanken
- Du gewährleistest die Systemstabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit der gehosteten Umgebungen und unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Administration von Qlik Systemen sowie bei Userverwaltung und Rechtevergabe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Technischen Support und/oder System Operations
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, bist teamfähig und verfügst über ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Du zeigst Kommunikationsstärke und einen professionellen Umgang mit Kund:innenanfragen
- Du bist lernbereit und neugierig auf verschiedene Themen und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
