Was erwartet dich?
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Pricing seid ihr für die Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Profitabilität durch die Optimierung der Pricing-Strategie verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst die Strategie mit und kümmerst dich um die operative Umsetzung inkl. der Test-Szenarien für unsere Produktkategorien
- Dabei beziehst du Preissensitivitäten, Produktverfügbarkeiten, Wettbewerberpreise und Profitabilitätsziele in deine Analysen mit ein
- Die Auswirkungen der Pricing-Maßnahmen werden von dir kontrolliert und mittels Analysen und Reports den internen Stakeholdern zur Verfügung gestellt
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Inhouse-IT unterstützt du bei der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Tech-Stacks für die automatisierte und datengetriebene Optimierung des Pricings

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Pricing Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analyst oder einer ähnlichen Rolle sammeln können
- Dir sind Ansätze, Methoden und Strategien der Preisgestaltung bekannt und du kannst diese sicher in der Praxis anwenden
- IT-technisch verfügst du über sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, gute SQL-Kenntnisse, Programmierkenntnisse in Python
- Dich zeichnet insbesondere eine sehr ausgeprägte analytische Stärke mit einem guten Gespür für Zahlen aus
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an der Lösung komplexer Probleme

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
