Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung und die einzelnen Fachbereiche bei arbeitsrechtlichen Themen, der Mitarbeiterführung und führen Mitarbeitergespräche
- Sie bearbeiten und bereiten arbeitsrechtliche Maßnahmen und Vorgänge vor, dazu gehören z. B. Arbeitsverträge, Bescheinigungswesen, bEM, Ein- und Austritte
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personaladministration, inklusive Vertragsmanagement, Pflege der Personalakten, On- und Offboarding sowie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, und bereiten die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung vor
- Sie betreuen die Mitarbeitenden administrativ in personellen Angelegenheiten und sind Ansprechperson für Krankenkassen, Versicherungen und Behörden
- Sie übernehmen die Administration und Datenpflege mit der Personalsoftware „gfos“

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Personalkaufmann/zur Personalkauffrau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion aus
