Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Betriebsleitung in allen administrativen Bereichen sowie bei operativen Tätigkeiten
- Du koordinierst interne Betriebsabläufe und Prozessplanungen
- Du bist Ansprechperson für alle Belange der Betriebsleitung
- Du beschaffst und bereitest entscheidungsrelevante Informationen systematisch auf (Berichte, Analysen, Auswertungen, etc.)
- Du verfolgst Aufgaben und Prozessstände nach
- Du erstellst und pflegst zentrale Dokumente (technische Aufzeichnungen, Wartungspläne etc.)
- Du bereitest Messdaten auf und wertest sie aus
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von verfahrenstechnischen Prozessabläufen und in QHSE Bereichen
- Du leistest allgemeine operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und in der Produktion
- Du erstellst Statistiken und Reports

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer betriebswirtschaftlicher oder technischer Studiengang abgeschlossen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis
- Du bist begeistert, Teil eines Teams zu sein, Herausforderungen anzunehmen, diese anzugehen und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden, sowie erworbenes Wissen einzubringen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
