- Eigenverantwortliche Führung: Übernimm Verantwortung und werde zu einem Regionalverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) ausgebildet. Beweise Dein organisatorisches Geschick und Deine Führungsfähigkeiten, indem Du nahtlos in deren Aufgabenbereiche eintauchst. Trete in die Fußstapfen der Filialleiter und erlebe die Herausforderungen des Tagesgeschäfts vor Ort. Übernehme die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf in den Filialen und trage dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Kennenlernen der Aufgaben in der Filiale: Erhalte einen umfassenden Einblick in die täglichen Abläufe und Herausforderungen in unseren Filialen. Von der Warenpräsentation bis zur Mitarbeiterführung - werde Teil des Teams und gestalte den Erfolg der Filialen aktiv mit.
- Einblicke in verschiedene Abteilungen: Erweitere Deinen Horizont, indem Du Einblicke in verschiedene Abteilungen der Verwaltung erhältst. Verstehe, wie alle Rädchen perfekt ineinandergreifen, um unseren Erfolg sicherzustellen.

Was erwartet dich im Studium?
Das Masterprogramm integriert Theorie und Praxis auf höchstem Niveau: Während der Studierphasen werden praktische Fragestellungen in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. Zusätzlich wird die Unternehmenspraxis durch Projektarbeiten integriert. Etwa zwei Drittel der Lehrveranstaltungen finden in deutscher, etwa ein Drittel in englischer Sprache statt.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
