Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die verantwortliche Objektüberwachung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Sie wickeln die Bauvorhaben wirtschaftlich innerhalb des vorgegebenen Honorarrahmens ab und überwachen das Projektbudget, gegebenenfalls erarbeiten Sie Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
- Sie wenden das Kosten-/Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagement sicher und fundiert an
- Sie koordinieren die Schnittstellen zwischen den technischen Gewerken und den Hochbaugewerken
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen die Termine
- Sie führen die VOB-gerechte Abwicklung und Abrechnung durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z.B. eine Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meisterabschluss (m/w/d) in diesem Bereich
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung in der Objektüberwachung und relevante Berufserfahrung in der Fachbauüberwachung Elektro
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe in Kombination mit analytischem und vernetztem Denken
- Sie besitzen Rechtskenntnisse der VOB, der DIN-/VDE-, HOAI sowie Kenntnisse der anerkannten Regeln der Technik
- Gute Kenntnisse in AVA (Ausschreibungen), MS Office und MS Project runden Ihr Profil ab
- Persönlich zeichnet Sie Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und das Interesse an innovativen Themen rund um die Arbeit an technischen Baumaßnahmen aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
