Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kunden beim Aufbau, dem Betrieb und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT- und Betriebsorganisation rund um IT-Governance-Themen.
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden in wichtigen strategischen Fragestellungen und bist aufgrund deines fachlichen Know-Hows ein guter Sparringspartner und Ideengeber.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Erfordernissen im Hinblick auf die IT für unsere Kunden sicher.
- Du erstellst und pflegst sicherheitsrelevante Richtlinien, Konzepte und Prozesse des
IT-Betriebs unserer Kunden und operationalisierst diese. - Du bearbeitest IT-Risiken für unsere Kunden und pflegst Risikoanalysen.
- Du benennst und quantifizierst Optimierungspotenziale zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Kunden.
- Du arbeitest als (Teil-) Projektleiter (m/w/d) in strategischen Projekten bei namhaften Finanzinstituten.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Auftragsanbahnung und Planung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder eine Weiterbildung zum Bank-/Sparkassenbetriebswirt (m/w/d) bzw. IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Organisation, Betriebs- und Prozessorganisation in Kreditinstituten, vorzugsweise der Sparkassenfinanzgruppe mit.
- Du bist Spezialist (m/w/d) für das Anwendungseinsatzverfahren/Prozesspflege und bist im Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen wie z.B. RiMaGo vertraut.
- Du hast detaillierte Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Standards (BSI, ISO27001, Cobit, ITIL) und der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen für Finanzdienstleister (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA).
- Du hast eine Affinität für alle Belange der Digitalisierung und der „neuen Medien“.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, ergreifst in schwierigen Situationen gerne die Initiative und übernimmst Verantwortung. Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
