Data Analyst für digitales Marketing im Verlagswesen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle für den Ausbau von Datenanalyse in der Redaktion sowie die Erschließung neuer Datenquellen
- Sie entwickeln Attributionsmodelle für die Analyse von Besucherströmen
- Sie erheben und analysieren Nutzerverhalten mit verschiedenen Tools (insbesondere GA4, Lookerstudio, BigQuery)
- Sie setzen Reichweiten-Analysen um und interpretieren diese, um konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für redaktionelle Entscheidungen und zukünftige Monetarisierungsmodelle zu erarbeiten
- Sie erstellen und setzen Adhoc-Reportings und Dashboards zur Unterstützung der Redaktion und der Chefredaktion um
- Sie entwickeln Hypothesen, führen Tests durch und interpretieren diese mittels A/B-Testing-Tool
- Sie setzen Optimierungen im CMS (InterRed) um und loten die Implementierung von KI-Tools in der Datenanalyse aus

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Business lntelligence
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Bereich digitalen Marketing gesammelt, vorzugsweise im Verlags-Umfeld
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierungs-Tools (Looker Studio, etc.) und gängigen SEO-Tools (Google Search Console, Sistrix, etc.)
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in Python und/oder SQL
- Sie haben stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sie verfügen über Projektmanagement-Skills und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
