Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für die Organisation des technischen Gebäudemanagements in den Objekten unserer Kund:innen im Raum Allgäu zuständig
- Sie kontrollieren und überprüfen die ausgeführten Dienstleistungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termineinhaltung und übernehmen die Nachunternehmersteuerung
- Sie verantworten die Personalführung und Einsatzplanung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden sowie die Abwicklung, Erstellung und Pflege von Reportings, Dokumentationen etc

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Position im technischen Facility-Management
- Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Geselle/Gesellin, Techniker:in oder Meister:in mit einem technisch handwerklichen Schwerpunkt (Elektro, HLSK) oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften/Rahmenbedingungen sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen
- Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte mit
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und besitzen eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
