- Sie haben Interesse an der Entwicklung und dem Aufbau einer Unternehmensakademie und sind zudem für den konzeptionellen Aufbau eines Lernzentrums für den gewerblichen Bereich verantwortlich
- Sie beraten Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in Fragen der Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung und tragen die Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Steuerung einer strategischen Führungskräfteentwicklung
- Sie sind für die Etablierung neuer digitaler Lerntechniken und Entwicklung von zielgruppenorientierten Lernformaten zuständig und runden Ihr Aufgabenprofil durch die Steuerung der Berufsausbildung ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar und haben darüber hinaus bereits langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Produktionsbetrieben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
