Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust deine Projekte vom Aufstellungsbeschluss bis zur Baureife.
- Du koordinierst Bauleitverfahren (Bebauungspläne sowie Flächennutzungspläne).
- Du repräsentierst East Energy und unsere Projektvorhaben bei diversen Stakeholdern.
- Du koordinierst, beauftragst und berätst Gutachter- und Planungsbüros.
- Du verhandelst städtebauliche und ähnliche Verträge mit Gemeinden.

- Wind-Experte: Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Windenergieprojekten mit.
- Flexibilität: Du übernimmst Verantwortung und passt Dich problemlos an.
- Charisma & Verhandlungsgeschick: Dein souveränes Auftreten, kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick, erzeugt positive Eindrücke. Du verstehst es, unterschiedliche Mentalitäten und Sichtweisen einzubeziehen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
