Sachbearbeiter für Vertriebsinnendienst und Kundenmanagement (m/w/d)

- Dein Herz schlägt für den Kunden: Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen schnell und kompetent, verfolgst diese nach und sorgst für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Vom Angebot zur Lieferung: Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, wickelst Aufträge ab und begleitest den gesamten Bestellprozess bis zur Auslieferung.
- Teamplayer: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Vertriebskollegen zusammen und unterstützt sie bei der Akquisition neuer Kunden.
- Kommunikationsprofi: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Abteilungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Organisationstalent: Du dokumentierst alle Kundenkontakte und -informationen sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System (Salesforce).

- Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit der entsprechenden Begeisterungsfähigkeit für das (eventuell für dich neue) Aufgabengebiet in der IT.
- Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder einer ähnlichen Position ist von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung, um Kalkulationen und Angebote zu erstellen und zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse beizutragen.
- IT-Affinität: Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit IT-Systemen und bist bereit, dich in neue Software einzuarbeiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
