Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest einen fest zugeordneten Mandantenkreis und arbeitest eng mit unseren Steuerfachkräften und Steuerberater:innen zusammen
- Du bearbeitest die laufende Buchhaltung und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen unserer Mandant:innen, nutzt und entwickelst unsere digitalisierte Belegbearbeitung weiter und bildest eine Schnittstelle zu anderen Kolleg:innen und Themenbereichen
- Du stehst als kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Mandant:innen, die Finanzverwaltung und Ihre Kolleg:innen zur Verfügung und arbeitest in einem vielfältigen Team für regional ansässige Mandant:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine Qualifikation im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bist auch als zahlen-affine:r Quereinsteiger:in willkommen
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit DATEV oder NLB oder bist bereit, dich in diese Programme einzuarbeiten, und bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
- Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit und zeichnest dich durch ein freundliches, engagiertes und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
