Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren und bewerten kontinuierlich Materialkosten, Lagerbestände und Beschaffungsstrategien, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren
- Sie entwickeln und überwachen Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) zur Messung und Verbesserung der Materialwirtschaftsprozesse und sind verantwortlich für die gesamte Materialwirtschaft, einschließlich Beschaffung, Lagerhaltung, Bestandsmanagement und Logistik
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren Strategien zur Optimierung der Materialbeschaffung und -verwaltung, führen Einkaufspreisverhandlungen auch in verhandlungssicherem Englisch und schließen Verträge mit Rahmenverträgen ab
- Sie sind zuständig für die Beschaffungsmarktanalyse, die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien, die ordnungsgemäße und termingerechte Abgabe von Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen an die IHK und die Einhaltung der Export- und Re-Export-Vorschriften
- Sie stellen die Materialverfügbarkeit sicher, erstellen einen Produktionsplan in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung der Fertigung und sind verantwortlich für die Organisation des Lagers, die EDV-gestützte Lagerverwaltung sowie die Durchführung der Inventur

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im technischen oder strategischen Einkauf oder in den Bereichen Materialwirtschaft, QS, Lieferantentwicklung für Komponenten der Elektrofeinmechanik
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffungsmethoden, Lagerverwaltungssystemen und Logistikprozessen sowie technische Kenntnisse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern aus und haben analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Daten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative, sind ergebnisorientiert und belastbar in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und haben einen sicheren Umgang mit gängiger IT-Software, insbesondere MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind gelegentlich international reisebereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
