Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bieten aktive Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Datenbank-Architekturen und Datenstrukturen, sind erfahren in der Verifikation der Datenhomogenität und bei Performanceanalysen
- Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeiten Lösungen im Datenbankumfeld, analysieren und bewerten IT-Anforderungen aus den Entwicklungsbereichen und beraten die Entscheidungsträger:innen für den IT Bereich
- Sie entwerfen, entwickeln, implementieren und verwalten große und kritische Datenbanksysteme
- Sie konfigurieren und härten Datenbank-Systeme nach den Vorgaben der IT-Sicherheit, des Datenschutzes und der Compliance-Vorgaben
- Sie planen Systemüberprüfungen und Integrationstests und setzen diese um
- Sie definieren Qualitätsanforderungen an unsere Datenbanken unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Vorschriften, Normen und Sicherheitsvorgaben und arbeiten dabei gemäß gängiger DevOps-Standards

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben die nachgewiesene fachliche Eignung (Aus-, Fort- oder Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen) im relationalen Datenbankumfeld und in der Arbeit mit Oracle - idealerweise auch PostgreSQL-Datenbanken
- Sie bringen in diesen Bereichen bereits mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit
- Sie haben außerdem Erfahrungen in nicht-relationalen DB-Technologien, wie Zeitreihen-DB, NoSQL/NewSQL, Vektorisierten DB, o.ä.
- Sie sind vertraut in der Konzeption, Modellierung und Implementierung von Lösungen für Datenbank-Infrastrukturen sowie in der praktischen Anwendung durch Migrations- und Upgrade-Strategien im Datenbankumfeld
- Sie bringen Erfahrungen mit in der Aufnahme und Analyse der Anwenderanforderungen, sowie der Schnittstellenschaffung zu weiteren Systemen/Datenbanken
- Sie besitzen gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Beratungserfahrung für IT-Teams: Mit Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen arbeiten Sie selbständig und zuverlässig
- Sie arbeiten gerne und lösungsorientiert auch kooperativ im Team, bringen Kundenorientierung mit und haben ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit, denn Deutsch ist Projekt- und Dokumentationssprache in unserem Unternehmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
