First Level IT Support für Systemadministration (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen nach der Einarbeitung schrittweise Verantwortung im Support unserer gesamten IT-Lösungen und steuern ggf. externe IT-Dienstleister
- Sie agieren als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen, der IT und unseren IT-Dienstleistern
- Sie führen selbstständig Fehleranalysen und Problembehebungen durch, beraten unsere Mitarbeitenden zur optimalen Nutzung der IT-Systeme und schulen sie im Umgang mit Anwendungssystemen
- Sie dokumentieren offene ToDos, Lösungswege und Anleitungen. Bei Bedarf unterstützen Sie das Team ERP-Administration
- Je nach Ihren Kenntnissen führen Sie Systemadministrationstätigkeiten in den Bereichen Active Directory, VMWare und HyperV, Backup, zentrale Speicher, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, Windows Server, MSSQL Server, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams und M365 durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen
- Sie besitzen ein lösungsorientiertes und verbindliches Auftreten und kommunizieren sicher über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
