Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust die dir zugeordneten Fachhändler in deinem Gebiet
- Du führst Veranstaltungen (Schulungen, Trainings, Coachings) durch und organisierst diese in deinem Gebiet
- Die Durchsetzung der regionalen Ziele und Aktionen im Gebiet und die Vertretung von Interessen der WERTGARANTIE bei definierten Fachhändlern gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Als Gebietsleiter entwickelst du die dir zugewiesenen Fachhändler und verantwortest die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in enger Abstimmung mit deinem regionalen Verkaufsleiter
- Du akquirierst neue Partner nach Vorgaben des regionalen Verkaufsleiters und trägst mit deinen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Gebietes bei
- Du beteiligst dich an der Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder im Rahmen der Projektarbeit

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. eine ähnliche Qualifikation im Zweiradfachhandel
- Ein souveränes und empathisches Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
