Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verbringen den Großteil ihrer Arbeitszeit an verschiedenen Kronospan-Standorten und stellen unsere Produkte bestehenden Kunden und potenziellen Neukunden vor
- Sie unterstützen und entwickeln bestehende Kund:innen weiter
- Sie analysieren und diskutieren Umsatz- und Verkaufszahlen, indem Sie Potenziale aufzeigen
- Sie verfassen aussagekräftige Kund:innenberichte nach jedem Besuch sowie die Dokumentation der Store-Checks
- Sie sind für die Akquise ausgewählter Zielkund:innen verantwortlich
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Budget- und Umsatzzielen
- Sie führen Sortimentsanalysen am POS durch und implementieren Änderungen im Sortiment unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Merkmale, entwickeln Kund:innensortimente (Bodenbeläge, Paneele, Zubehör)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise von Baustoffen
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und bringen gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer osteuropäischen Sprache, wie Tschechisch, Slowakisch, Ukrainisch oder Russisch mit
- Sie sind bereit etwa 80% ihrer Arbeitszeit im Außendienst zu verbringen

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
