Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive aller Geschäftsvorfälle, die steuerliche und sachliche Rechnungsprüfung sowie die Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen
- Du kümmerst dich um das Mahnwesen, die Saldenbestätigungen, den Schriftverkehr und die Ablage
- Du wickelst den Zahlungsverkehr ab, führst Bankbuchungen durch und bist zuständig für das Führen und Abrechnen der Barkasse sowie die Buchung und Ausbezahlung von Reisekostenabrechnungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du hast IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office und Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau/-mann, zur Steuerfachangestellten (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Du besitzt Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
