Für unser Delivery-Team suchen wir eine:n Senior Consultant (m/w/d). Arbeiten kannst Du in einem unserer Büros in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Mannheim oder Frankfurt!
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Organisation, integriert in Projektteams, wo Du mitverantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung von Verhandlungs- und Transformationskonzepten bist und gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen Verhandlungsstrategien entwickelst, die für unsere Kund:innen größtmöglichen Mehrwert erzielen
- Du bist für die eigenständige Durchführung von Verhandlungen, die Datenanalyse und Strategieableitung sowie die Visualisierung und Präsentation unserer Maßnahmen bei unseren Kund:innen zuständig
- Du ermittelst Schwachstellen zur Realisierung von kundenindividuellen Potenzialen und entwickelst kreative Lösungs- und Optimierungsansätze
- Du behältst das Stakeholdermanagement im Auge, kommunizierst aktiv und zielgerichtet mit den Kund:innen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams und unserer Methodenvielfalt voran, indem Du Dein Know-how im Rahmen von Trainings und Coachings den Verhandlungsführer:innen unserer Kund:innen vermittelst

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Natur- und Sozialwissenschaften oder auch der Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich abgeschlossen. Hierbei sind jedoch praktisch keine Grenzen gesetzt; immer nach dem Motto „Motivation zum Lernen schlägt Expertise auf dem Papier“!
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung. Bestenfalls bringst Du einschlägige Erfahrung in der Industrie mit.
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Spiel- bzw. Auktionstheorie und Verhaltensökonomie mit und kennst optimalerweise die Arbeitsabläufe in der Beratung.
- Du verfügst über abstraktes Denken, kannst komplexe Sachverhalte rasch nachvollziehen wie auch zielgruppengerecht vermitteln.
- Du überzeugst durch ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und kommunizierst freundlich, offen sowie direkt.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung aus und bringst Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Du verfügst über professionelle Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
