Kaufmännischer Projektmanager für Vertragsverhandlungen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als kaufmännischer Projektmanager (m/w/d) für die Aktualisierung, Umsetzung und Pflege des kommerziellen Ausführungsplans zuständig und stehst dabei stets in enger Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen (Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung, Projektcontrolling, Legal etc.)
- Du koordinierst die rechtlichen und finanziellen Rahmenbedingungen, führst die Vertragsverhandlungen und stellst die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung des Chancen- und Risikomanagements sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Optimierung des Vertrags- sowie Nachtragsmanagements und stellst sicher, dass sowohl die Rechnungsstellung als auch das Inkasso beim Kunden rechtzeitig erfolgen
- Du erstellst regelmäßig ein Reporting zum Projektstatus (Margenentwicklung, Chancen-Risiko-Betrachtung, Liquiditätsentwicklung etc.), um alle beteiligten Interessengruppen jederzeit auf dem aktuellen Stand zu halten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes mathematisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrungen in der Abwicklung von Projekten in der Anlagen- und Energietechnik mit und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Du bewahrst bei Herausforderungen einen kühlen Kopf und gehst diese lösungsorientiert und strukturiert an
- Du trittst auch in neuen Situationen souverän auf und überzeugst durch deine hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Grundeinstellung
- Du siehst in der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Akteur:innen und interdisziplinären Teams einen klaren Vorteil für deine eigene Entwicklung und die Erreichung der Ziele und kannst dich dabei problemlos sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch verständigen
