Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst die konsolidierten Monatsabschlüsse auf der Grundlage der Zuarbeiten deines Teams und bist ebenfalls für die Erstellung der Notes und weiteren konsolidierten Bestandteile des Jahresberichtes verantwortlich
- Du koordinierst und optimierst unsere internen Abschlusserstellungsprozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung der IFRS und der Überleitung aus dem HGB
- Du bist die richtige Ansprechperson für die Wirtschaftsprüfer und unsere Tochtergesellschaften, sobald es um Fragen rund um die Themen konsolidierungsrelevante Sachverhalte und Reporting Package geht
- Du implementierst eine innerbetriebliche Leistungsverrechnung im Unternehmen, da wir stetig wachsen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Controlling oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und bringst bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Konzernrechnungswesens mit
- Du bist sicher und seit mehreren Jahren geübt in der Arbeit mit den IFRS und kannst durch eine Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB und IFRS punkten
- Du strukturierst und organisierst dich und deine Arbeit so, dass sich dein Team jederzeit auf dich verlassen kann und nimmst dein Team jederzeit mit, indem du ein Gespür für dessen Bedürfnisse hast
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und das merken wir auch an deiner Arbeitsweise
- Du bewahrst auch in turbulenten Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und priorisierst deine Aufgaben entsprechend den definierten Zielen, sodass keine Deadline in Gefahr gerät
- Du kannst dich sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch exzellent ausdrücken und siehst in der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Akteur:innen und interdisziplinären Teams einen klaren Vorteil für deine eigene Entwicklung und die Erreichung der Ziele

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
