  • Technische Analyse und Lösung der Kundenanfrage / Störungsmeldung
  • Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen und Störungsmeldungen im Service-Tool
  • Bei Bedarf Weiterleitung der Meldungen an nachgelagerte Abteilungen
  • Umsetzung von Workarounds (kurzfristigen Zwischenlösungen) in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen sowie den Kunden

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
