Was erwartet Sie?
- Unterstützung des Bereichs Qualität bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme (QM, QS, Umweltmanagement)
- Sie arbeiten in Zusammenarbeite mit den einzelnen Abteilungen alle firmeninternen Prozesse nach den normativen Anforderungen der DIN ISO 9001:2015, DIN ISO 14001:2015, VG96927-2, EN15085-2 aus und gewährleisten die Rechts- und Normenkonformität sowie die Qualität aller Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Prozesse
- Sie sind für die Reklamationsbearbeitung aller Kunden verantwortlich und erstellen ggf. 8D-Reporte nach Kundenanforderung sowie Dokumentationen und Abschlussunterlagen
- Sie planen Projekte in den Bereichen QM, QS und Umweltmanagement und setzen diese um
- Sie sind für die nachhaltige Verfolgung der Maßnahmen aus den einzelnen Audits und Begehungen verantwortlich
- Sie organisieren und koordinieren Schulungen und Unterweisungen und führen selbst Schulungen zum Prozessmanagement und der QM-Software
- Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung der relevanten rechtlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien
- Um uns stetig zu verbessern definieren, entwickeln und optimieren Sie die Qualitäts- und Umweltprozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verständnis der gesamtunternehmerischen Zusammenhänge

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
