Unsere Kund:innen werden von der Entwicklung neuer Laser-Verfahren, über die Erstellung von Prototypen bis hin zur Serienfertigung eng begleitet. Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Geschäftsführer zusammen
- Du unterstützt den operativen Vertriebsprozess inklusive direktem Kundenkontakt
- Du führst eigenständige Projekte durch, z. B. Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen, Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlenprozesses, Online-Marketing (SEO, SEA), Leadgeneration
- Du erstellst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Du unterstützt das Unternehmen bei der Weiterentwicklung im Bereich der Lasermaterialbearbeitung
- Du begleitest die Kunden von der Entwicklung neuer Laser-Verfahren, über die Erstellung von Prototypen bis hin zur Serienfertigung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Sales & Marketing
- Du kannst wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge erkennen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zu lernen und Dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du zeigst hohes Engagement und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
