HR Payroll Specialist (SAP) für die Digitalisierung der Gehaltsabrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du sicherst eine korrekte und termingerechte Gehaltsabrechnung unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Regelungen
- Du pflegst die komplette Zeitwirtschaft in SAP HCM
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit den Kolleg:innen und unserer IT die HR-Prozesse und das SAP-System kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest so die Digitalisierung der Gehaltsabrechnung mit
- Du bist aktiv in wichtige Systemtests in SAP HCM wie z.B. systemseitige Anpassungen, Customizing oder Einspielen von Support Packages eingebunden
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Sozialversicherungsträger, Behörden, Krankenkassen und für den elektronischen Datenaustausch
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung, betriebliche Sozialleistungen und Altersvorsorge
- Du erstellst personalbezogene Bescheinigungen, Standardberichte, Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen und Statistiken und führst Jahreswechselarbeiten aus sowie wirkst bei Betriebsprüfungen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Lohn und Gehalt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Du hast einen versierten Umgang mit SAP HCM und ein besonderes Interesse, dich in SAP einzuarbeiten und perspektivisch zum Keyuser zu entwickeln
- Du bringst idealerweise SAP-OM-Kenntnisse mit
- Du zeigst eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
