Als Sales Development Representative nimmst Du eine Schlüsselposition innerhalb unserer Organisation ein und trägst maßgeblich zur Erreichung sämtlicher Vertriebsziele in dem österreichischen Markt bei. Sei die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere vielfältigen Kund:innen im B2B- und B2G-Bereich und stehe jederzeit für ihre Anfragen zur Verfügung, um ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest unsere zentralen Kund:innen in Österreich zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss und berätst sie in allen park- und mobilitätsbezogenen Themen (Verträge, technische Planung, Mobilitätskonzept, Recht, Ausschreibungsmanagement, Partnerschaften)
- Du bist für die Aufmerksamkeitsgenerierung unserer Marke zuständig und treibst unsere Skalierung in der DACH-Region voran
- Du übernimmst Video- und On-Site Termine und Veranstaltungen und pflegst eine langfristige Kundenbeziehung
- Du sorgst für eine gute Projektierung unseres Systems und stehst dabei im engen Kontakt mit unserer Kundschaft und unterstützt unsere Junior Account Executives im Team mit Deiner Expertise und Deinem Erfahrungswissen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Sales und dem gesamten Business Development Department zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, IoT / SaaS, Inside Sales oder Ähnliches vorweisen.
- Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen (z.B. Hubspot) sind von Vorteil.
- Du bringst starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit: Zuhören ist genauso wichtig wie Sprechen. Authentisches Auftreten, offene Kommunikation und individuelle Ansprache sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
- Du begeisterst Dich, genauso wie wir, für digitale Produkte. Wir alle glauben fest an den Mehrwert, den unsere Lösung jedem/jeder Kund:in bringen kann.
- Du schätzt eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, bringst hohe Motivation mit und legst Wert darauf, in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld erfolgreich auf die Unternehmensziele hinzuarbeiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
