Was erwartet dich?
- Technische Angebotsausarbeitung, Kalkulation und Projektierung von Maschinen im Standardbereich und Sonderlösungen.
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter während der Angebotsphase.
- Interne Schnittstelle zu den Abteilungen Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Fertigung und Einkauf.
- Prüfung der Machbarkeit kundenspezifischer Anforderungen.
- Entwicklung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Konstruktionsteam.
- Definition des Projektplans basierend auf Kundenanforderungen.
- Kalkulation von Angeboten auf Grundlage des Projektplans.
- Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen zu unserer Produktwelt.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Einbringen eigener Expertise zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung abteilungsinterner Standards.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker
- Fundiertes technisches Know-how und Erfahrung im Kundendienst/Vertriebsinnendienst, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau oder produzierenden Gewerbe
- CAD-Erfahrung und Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen
- Verständnis für die Funktionsweise und Eigenschaften technischer Produkte
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Freude am proaktiven Austausch mit Kunden und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für eigenständige Vorantreibung von Veränderungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
