Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere Kunden sowie Niederlassungen der JACOB Gruppe und Vertretungen in der ganzen Welt. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Außendienst der Technik und den jeweiligen internationalen Ansprechpartnern zusammen, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis für unsere Kunden zu erzielen
- Du kümmerst du dich um alle wesentlichen Vertriebstätigkeiten: Von der Angebotserstellung, über die Angebotsnachverfolgung bis hin zur Auftragsbearbeitung
- Um unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten, gehören Abstimmung und Beratung hinsichtlich Lieferungsabwicklung und Versandoptionen mit zum Portfolio
- Die abteilungsübergreifende Koordination aller schnittstellenrelevanten Kundenthemen gehört zum täglichen Geschäft
- Du unterstützt uns in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten um unser Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln
- Du zeigst aktiv Verbesserungspotenziale auf und hilfst uns mit deiner offenen Art ständig besser zu werden
- Du löst die alltäglichen Probleme und bietest unseren Kunden durch deine Arbeit und deinen persönlichen Auftritt einen echten Mehrwert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit gutem digitalen und/oder technischem Verständnis
- Du hast bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger technischer Produkte, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, gesammelt
- Freude am Kundenkontakt, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Anwendungen
- Gute ERP (wünschenswert SAP) sowie MS Office Kenntnisse
- Grundlagen im internationalen Zoll- und Steuerbereich sind wünschenswert
- Eigenständiger, systematischer und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie Teamfähigkeit und Motivationsstärke
- Du besitzt ein sicheres, freundliches und verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
