Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Lieferscheine und Rechnungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Versandabwicklung und Exportabwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Warenlieferungen
- Du kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten im Export- und Importbereich
- Du erstellst alle relevanten Versand- und Exportbegleitdokumente
- Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung / Einholung aller relevanten Importdokumente sowie Importverzollung von Drittlandsware
- Du übernimmst die Gefahrgutabwicklung (Land-, See- und Luftfracht)
- Du holst Frachtangebote ein und avisierst diverse Frachtführer
- Du reihst die Waren in den Zolltarif ein
- Du erstellst Intrastatmeldungen beim Statistischen Bundesamt
- Du kommunizierst mit Kund:innen, Zollbehörden, Spediteuren und der Industrie- und Handelskammer
- Du stellst die Richtigkeit der Zollstammdaten (HS Code, Handelsklauseln, Dual Use, Ursprung, Warenbeschreibung) sicher
- Du stellst Gelangensbestätigungen / Ausfuhrbescheinigungen aus und holst diese ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll-, Gefahrgut (ADR / IATA)
- Du hast idealerweise SAP R/3 Kenntnisse
