Berufsintegrierter Master: Junior Projektmanager für internationales Prozessmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst, visualisierst und optimierst Prozessabläufe an unterschiedlichen Standorten (Deutschland und China)
- Du unterstützt das Qualitätsmanagement aller Standorte in Deutschland und China
- Du bereitest Workshops vor und führst diese durch
- Du bearbeitest Sonderprojekte und nimmst aktiv an externen Audits teil
- Du planst und führst interne Audits und 5S-Audits durch
- Du unterstützt den Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten und übernimmst die Führung und Verantwortung von Praktikanten
- Du entwickelst, analysierst und optimierst die Ablaufprozesse in der Wahlabteilung und erarbeitest interne Analysen, Berichte und Statistiken
- Du identifizierst und erarbeitest Kostensenkungspotentiale und strategische Maßnahmen und bist projektnah eingebunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ähnlichem
- Du bist teamfähig, belastbar, durchsetzungsfähig und trittst sicher auf
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-How in MS-Office
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
