Was erwartet dich?
- Du hast die Verantwortung für den Dameneinkauf für unsere hochwertigen Filialen und den stark wachsenden Onlineshop. Zu unseren wichtigsten Marken zählen z.B. Lisa Yang, Lis Lareida u.v.a.
- Du kommunizierst und führst Verhandlungen mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
- Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Kontrolle und Optimierung des Sortiments hinsichtlich relevanter Kennzahlen und arbeitest die strategische Sortimentsplanung aus und trägst Budgetverantwortung
- Du pflegst einen intensiven Informationsaustausch mit den Filialen und dem Onlineshop und repräsentierst das Unternehmen nach Innen und Außen
- Du besuchst regelmäßig Messen, Lieferanten und Showrooms

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Textilhandel, vorzugsweise im Bereich Einkauf DOB mit soliden Branchen und Marktkenntnissen gesammelt
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zur Handelsfachwirt:in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Textil
- Du kannst dich mit dem unternehmensinternen Stil identifizieren, dir gefällt unser Sortiment und hast einen Sinn für hochwertige, zeitlose Mode und Stoffe
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für modische Trends und verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Du bist teamorientiert, verhandlungssicher, kommunikationssicher und hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast eine hohe Reise und Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Hands-On Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
