Was erwartet dich?
- Du überzeugst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei technischen und anwendungsspezifischen Supportanfragen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du bearbeitest selbstständig, klassifizierst und behebst Fehler von Tickets im First- und Second-Level-Support
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Applikationen auf Firmenrechnern (Windows) und mobilen Endgeräten (iOS, Android, Smartphones, Tablets) sicher
- Du beschaffst, verwaltest und konfigurierst Hard- und Software und stellst die anwenderfreundliche Bereitstellung sicher
- Du dokumentierst IT-Prozesse benutzerfreundlich
- Du arbeitest mit sowohl mit den internen IT-Kollegen, als auch den IT-Abteilungen im Konzernverbund und ggf. externen Dienstleistern zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von zukunftsweisenden IT-Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik für Systemintegration o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist Quereinsteiger:in – und bringst bereits berufliche Erfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Betriebssysteme von Windows (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server) bis Android oder iOS, sowie Microsoft Produkten wie O365 oder Azure
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Softwareverteilung bspw. SCCM oder anderen Softwareverteilsystemen, Kenntnisse in der Administration von Netzwerken (LAN,VLAN,/WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Du bist gern in einem internationalen Umfeld tätig und verfügst deshalb über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Du gehst mit Deinen Anwender:innen freundlich, kompetent und lösungsorientiert um und bist ein flexibler Teamplayer, der sich für seinen Bereich verantwortlich fühlt. Eine stabile und zuverlässige IT ist Dir wichtig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
