Im Bereich Learning Experience Automotive mit Fokus auf Digital Learning entwickelst Du für unsere Kund:innen innovative Trainingslösungen.
Konkret geht es für Dich darum, (meist) digitale Lernmedien zu konzipieren, die Mitarbeitenden helfen, ihre Performance im Unternehmen zu steigern. Hierzu gehören u. a. Onboardings, Workshops, E-Learnings, Training Games, und vieles mehr.
Idealerweise hast Du schon mindestens zwei Jahre als Learning Consultant, Specialist Digital Learning, Instructional Designer, E-Learning Autor:in, Learning Specialist oder, oder, oder gearbeitet. Die Arbeit mit Content Management Systemen und Autoren-Tools gehören zu deinen Stärken und ein Plus ist es, wenn du Erfahrungen aus der Automobilindustrie mitbringst.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Konzeption von (digitalen) Workshops unter Anwendung aktueller Methoden
- Entwicklung von außergewöhnlichen Lernszenarien und -medien mit Fokus auf Experiences
- Erstellung von kreativen Inhalten mithilfe von Autorentools sowie pflege von Content-Management-Systemen
- Erstellung von Storyboards für Videos und Animationen
- Projektbezogene Steuerung von externen Mitarbeitenden sowie inhaltliche Abstimmung mit unseren Kund:innen
- Gestaltung neuer, digitaler, innovativen Interaktionsformen
- Erstellung von mitreißenden PowerPoint-Präsentationen
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Trainingsveranstaltungen beim Kunden
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei Aufwandsschätzung und Angebotserstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit dich schnell in neue Inhalte, Tools und Zielgruppen einzuarbeiten
- Du lässt spielerisch dein didaktisches und lernpsychologisches Wissen in deine Konzepte einfließen
- Du hast Expertise in der Erstellung zielgruppenzentrierter (digitaler) Lernmedien
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast ein sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und einen ausgeprägten Anspruch an deine eigene Arbeit
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und selbstständig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
