Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, E-Commerce, Betriebswirtschaft (BWL), Business Administration, alternativ auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen
- Sie haben mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in digitalen Marketing-Disziplinen, Account Management in einer digitalen Agentur ist von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen umfassende Kenntnisse in der digitalen Marketinglandschaft, einschließlich relevanter Erfahrung in der Aussteuerung von Cross-Channel-Kampagnen inkl. Google, Meta und Programmatic Channels
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit, KPIs zu interpretieren und Empfehlungen abzuleiten
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Paid-Media-Kampagnen über Google und Social Media
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Google-Analytics-Kenntnisse zur Analyse von Website-Aktivitäten und Ableitung von Empfehlungen
- Sie besitzen starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
