Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil unseres motivierten Pre-Sales Teams, das das Ziel verfolgt, bestehende Kund:innen zu sog. "Prosumern" zu befähigen, die ihre eigene grüne Energie für den Haushalt, ihre Mobilität und das Heizen erzeugen
- Du bist für die Pre-Qualification von Kundenanfragen verantwortlich – Hierbei handelt es sich um "warme" Leads, die bereits ein Angebot für das SolarPaket eingeholt haben - keine Kaltakquise!
- Dein Ziel ist es, mit den Kund:innen ein persönliches Beratungsgespräch zu vereinbaren, das unsere Sales Manager:innen und Photovoltaik-Profis dann führen
- Du führst Telefonate mit potenziellen "Prosumern", ermittelst deren Bedarf & Interesse und dokumentierst dieses entsprechend im System
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Sales-Team zusammen, unterstützt in der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und sorgst als Ansprechperson dafür, dass die Kund:innen stets zufrieden sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Erneuerbare Energien, Energiewirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
- Du bist ein Vertriebstalent und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Sales oder Verkauf sammeln können
- Du bist eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Teamplayer:in mit positiver Ausstrahlung
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert, bist verantwortungsbewusst und hast eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Energiewirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbare Energien und Digitalkompetenz, diese verschaffen dir einen Vorteil, sind aber kein Muss
- Du hast ein Herz für Klimaschutz – Das ist uns wichtig!

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
