Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie definieren das zukünftige IT Organisationsmodell gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und implementieren dieses.
- Sie gestalten die verschiedenen Bestandteile einer IT Organisation: Prozesse, Rollen und Service Portfolio.
- Sie definieren diese Bestandteile unter Berücksichtigung der IT Strategie, moderner Organisationsmodelle, sowie Marktstandards für Rollen und IT Prozesse.
- Sie gestalten die Schnittstellen der neuen IT Organisation zu Kunden und Partnern.
- Auf Basis Ihrer Erfahrung sind Sie in der Lage Standards an die Kundensituation anzupassen und optimale Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu gestalten.
- Sie definieren und managen den Transitionsprozess hin zu einem neuen Organisationsmodell mit Blick auf Stakeholder Management, die Implementierung von Prozessen sowie die Befähigung der Mitarbeitern.

Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der IT Prozessberatung und IT Organisationsentwicklung.
- Sie haben einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss und bringen relevante Erfahrungen im IT-Service-Management mit.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Service Management Frameworks z.B. SAFe, ITIL, COBIT und SIAM.
- Sie greifen auf ein breites Fachwissen in den Bereichen IT-Strategieentwicklung, IT-Transformation, Digitalisierungsmethodik, Technologietrends und ITSM-Plattformen zurück.
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und treten auch auf Management-Ebene sicher und souverän auf.
- Sie kommunizieren sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (C2+).
- Sie sind reisebereit und auch gerne bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
