Was erwartet dich?
- Du beaufsichtigst den täglichen Betriebsdes globalen CDC und gewährleistest einereffiziente Erkennung, Analyse und Reaktion auf Vorfälle
- Du befähigst das Team zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung umfassender Geschäftsprozesse und -verfahren
- Du leitest und betreust ein Team von Sicherheitsanalysten und -spezialisten (m/w/d), und förderst eine Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens und der Weiterentwicklung
- Du arbeitest mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Sicherheitsabteilungen zusammen, um die CDC-Strategie mit den allgemeinen Geschäftszielen in Einklang zu bringen
- Du hältst dich über die aktuellen Trends, Bedrohungen und Technologien im Bereich der Cybersicherheit auf dem Laufenden
- Du führst regelmäßige Schulungen und Übungen durch, um die Einsatzbereitschaft und Effektivität des Teams zu gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest mit Kund:innen zusammen, um strategische Sicherheitseinblicke und Berichte bereitzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Informationssicherheit, idealerweise mit früherer Führungserfahrung
- Du hast den Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informationssicherheit, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Du beherrschst verschiedene Sicherheitstechnologien und -plattformen
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenzen an
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Zwischenfällen
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse über die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Rahmenwerken (z. B. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
